My Morning routine
I use a morning drink daily to kick start my day, detox my body as well as to stay fit. I have heard its additional benefits are losing weight. Tbh though I feel less bloated lately but haven't lost weight so far.
Today I am going to share this recipe with you as well…
Turmeric powder(I used fresh turmeric and dried it in microwave after cutting it in very thin slices and then drying it out in the sun. Afterwards I finely ground them in a grinder into powder)
Fresh Aloe Vera Juice
Dry Ginger Powder
Honey
1 Lemon Juice
Beetroot juice(when I find it)
I mix small amounts of these ingredients in a mug of boiling water and mix them and then drink them.
Trust me its so refreshing and the best thing to kick start your day with. Afterwards I eat breakfast which normally is 2 slices of bread with a homemade kebab and a boiled egg. Sometimes I eat porridge or oats instead. That keeps me healthy and reduces my stress levels so I can deal with my patients unlike the stereotype doctors. I listen to my patients and also do pleasant talk with them as my father says that half of the patient's disease is cured when he talks to the doctor so you should become a healer rather than just a treater.
